How to Shop Wholesale:

You can find all of our products under the shop tab under the top menu. Each product has minimum order quantities stated in the description. At checkout you will have an option for Shipping or Local Pickup in Belmont, ON. You will only have access to wholesale if you are accepted as a retailer and logged into your account. If you're wanting to apply for Wholesale, click here.

What Is Your Minimum Order?

The minimum order price is $200 CAD

What Is Your Average Shipping Time?

Your order will be dispatched within 2-5 business days and should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.

Please note, any delays with the courier services are out of our control. If you need your items by a certain date, we recommend ordering 4 weeks in advance.

All items are shipped from our home in Belmont, ON.

What Locations Do You Ship to?

Right now we are accepting wholesale customers from across Canada and the USA. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

What Are Your Payment Terms?

Your items must be paid in full at check with the method of your choosing.

What Are Your Return Policies?

We do not offer returns, unless there has been damage to a product. If you receive an item that is damaged, please send us clear photos of both the product and the box/packaging within 48 hours so that we can further investigate the issue.

How Do I Care For Pampas/Dried Floral items?

All of our items are dried/preserved meaning there is no maintenance required. We have trimmed and fluffed our pampas prior to packaging, which means your pampas arrives ready to display!

Does Pampas Shed?

Shedding is natural for pampas grass. You will notice shedding the most when removing your pampas from the packaging, so give it a good shake outside before placing in a vase. Set your pampas in a low traffic area to help minimize shedding.
