Shipping:
We currently offer shipping within Canada & USA. All orders are dispatched within 2-5 business days from Belmont, Ontario and should arrive within 3-5 business days depending on your location.
Please note, any delays with the courier services are out of our control. If you need your items by a certain date, we recommend ordering 4 weeks in advance.
Shipping Rates: We pride ourselves in having affordable wholesale shipping rates for our customers. Discounted shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Tracking information will be updated and emailed to you once your order has been packaged. Please check spam/junk mail folder if you do not see this in your primary email inbox.
Return Policy:
We do not offer returns, unless there has been damage to a product. If you receive an item that is damaged, please send us clear photos of both the product and the box/packaging within 48 hours so that we can further investigate the issue.
